How do I put down an order?

First, I need the info about your project, your ideas and requirements. After you provide me with sufficient info, I will give you a quote - if needed, several options are possible ranging from simpler and cheaper to more complex and more expensive. Proposal will also contain time frame in which project can start and will approximately finish. If agreement is reached, project can start on agreed date if upfront payment has been made.

Why do you require upfront payment and how much?

Well, it's a business model that seems best after 8 years in business. It allows me to focus and provide professional services for clients that are reliable payment wise. If your order is less than $500, full upfront payment is required. Orders above $500:

  • 10% payment upfront is required to grant you a time slot in our schedule. You don't need to pay this reserve,  if you don't want to. However if another client pays in advance, he gets priority for given time spot.
  • 40% on start date (or 50% if you didn't make any reservation), project doesn't start unless this amount is paid.
  • remaining 50% after delivering the project, not later than 24 hours after finishing the project.

How I will  be notified about project progress?

You will be notified in in time periods we agree on, notifications will include achieved milestones and  design previews. That allows you to comment on development and do tweaks. For example your new logo project starts on Monday, on Wednesday I deliver 3 proposals. I will leave you some time for decision, after your choice is made I tweak the logo of your choice. Then I apply requested changes and present you pre-final product. If approved, project is delivered. Please note, if I need client input project will be naturally delayed till I get proper response.

What support do you provide?

I usually communicate with my clients via email and online messaging. One of most effective ways for communication and consulting is Skype, where I can voice with you, also share screen. Sharing screen allows immediate preview of requested changes, guiding through software features, etc. To see how you can contact me visit contact page.

Do you do priority work?

Yes, depending on my free time and weekend availability I can do work outside my regular time schedule. These orders are charged 100% over your standard quote amount.

Do you outsource work to other companies?

No, I don't. The only case when I co-operate on a project  with someone else is complex programming projects. These programmers who are contracted per project base are experienced and reliable developers with whom I've been working already several years. In any case, your project is never outsourced to other design studio.

Do you design mainstream / non-adult sites?

Yes, I design and develop also mainstream sites. If you wish to see specific examples, please contact me.

You need a full time designer?

I'm available also as a full time designer. This becomes interesting  for you if you have a big project / company and need a person who can continually work for you. Contact me to discuss the details.
