active, what is the best kind of activity?
You
should always consult your physician before starting
any exercise program to make sure there are no limitations
to the type of exercise you can do. Make sure you do
your research and find an activity that you enjoy doing
and that you will stick with doing over a long period
of time. This is important, as it will keep you interested
and keen to keep exercising. Make sure you choose an
activity that you will enjoy doing for up to 30 minutes
per day.
Make sure you start slow and work your way up to reach
30 minutes of continuous exercise. Aerobic exercise
is best, such as swimming, walking, jogging, biking,
cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, etc. All
of these types of exercise will raise your heart rate
and help to burn calories.
Q.Is skipping meals a good thing
to do?
NO! Skipping meals are not good for you! When you skip
a meal you are at risk of getting too hungry and then
you may over eat when you decide to have a meal. It
is recommended that you eat three meals a day and listen
to your body when it is hungry. Choose healthy snacks
and meals, this will give you more energy and help you
to lose weight.

and am taking medication for it. Will your weight loss
pills effect my medication?
