Here are some of the support questions our customers have asked. Please contact us if you are a current customer or you have any questions or support issues.

1. When uploading content via the FTP method – make sure you use the tags on the right hand side correctly.
   1. Use a Captial “L” for Location and put a space between Location: and the folder name.
   2. The correct method should look like this.
   3. Location: foldername
   4. Do not use very short names like 1,2,3 or a1,2,3 at least 4 characters should be used and do not use any strange characters or spaces (underscores are ok)
2. The Flash player in the demo is the standard one and can be changed in the tour/flvplayer folder. We recommend using something like JWplayer which can be skinned and do full screen. If you want us to do this we can also provide it for an install cost of $100.00 per domain.
3. If you are trying to upload big files via the admin photos or videos you will need to increase your php.ini file to allow max uploads to be as big as you need. Some of our clients have raised it to 1 gig without any issues.
4. Please make sure to have PHP Safe Mode turned OFF. This can be done either in the Control Panel or in the php.ini. Remember that most Control Panels have a master place to turn off the Safe mode for all domains then also require you do turn it off for that individual domain as well. Make sure that the domain you are running the CMS has it turned OFF.
